Hmm, actually, it is a food name. It is made from dog meat (hmm, seem scary ??). This food is very popular in Java, Indonesia, especially in some part of Central Java. In Yogyakarta, people called it "Sate RW", in other place, people called it "Sate Jamu", because some people believe that it can cure some diseases, but besides that, because this food is forbidden for Moslem, then to make Moslem still can eat this food, is by calling it "Jamu" or medicine in English. because some people says that if we take some thing for medicine, then we can eat anything.

Well, this food is so hot spicy. Maybe western will not like this food because of the taste, and maybe because dog is considered the best human friend. The meat is cooked with many pepper and also ginger, so this food is very suitable in the cold weather.Do you want to taste this food ?
